Monday: Arms/Delts, Cardio
Thursday: Chest/Back, Cardio
Saturday: Dynamic Full-Body, Cardio
I generally keep the reps in the 8-12 range with 7-10 sets per muscle. I have a 3-4 second eccentric contraction and focus on both strength and muscular hypertrophy. I am taking a several week hiatus from MMA since I am about to start Graduate School, but will return to training at some point in September.
Cardio Schedule/ (as much detail as possible): My cardio schedule is more for nutrient repartitioning and to keep BF down. It varies from 30 minutes in an elliptical to 3-5 miles of running.

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): I will be adding some extra calories over the next few months to add some LBM. I will be aiming for 3300-3500 calories at about a 30/50/20 ratio of protein/carbs/fats

Short Term Goal: Add 5-7 lbs of LBM and increase strength on core lifts
Long Term Goal: Continue to increase my strength and body composition while still being able to make 170 lbs
