    I think this applies to alot of people. That's what Golden Finish was designed for... You may want to think about aminos if you don't already supplement with those as well.

    what about adding in more PWO carbs? I get 70g from just gatorade powder, if one were so inclined, would it be OK to do this for the test or should whomever just stick to the directions on the bottle?

  17. make sure ot put enough water in it though if not it has an extremely tart/sour aftertaste haha. i made that mistake and then put more water and it was awesome

    I love it, try to chill it in the fridge before drinking. It's much better when its ice cold imo.

    It's grape and it's not good. I hate grape anything though, I was the only kid growing up who would refuse to drink or eat anything grape flavored....I am truley a grape hater.

    I went with it because I really wanted it and the lemonade was out of stock
