If there is a phase two i would be interested as well. Been lifting for 4.5 years, im 6' 5.5" and currently weight 288lbs.

Flat Bench 405lbs x2
Seated Bar Shoulder Press 275lbs x2
Deadlift 525lbs x3 (recently laid off this movement)
Squat(???? never max out)

As far as supplements go i really havent used much since the begining of the year except for multis and fish oil.
