    I'll run it,
    my supplements include only the basics right now, fish oils, creatine, multi. etc. pretty bare minimum, im currently running a log of the 10/10 transformation, which is basically add 10 pounds of muscle, lose ten pounds of fat, i doubt this would have any effect on the supplements, if anything it would enhance the supplments due to the strict/consistent diet (pretty much been eatting the same stuff for the past 8 weeks everyday. little variation)

    Well, DUH, but there's been muscle loss, as I've maintained and even increased strength, so my loss has been water/fat..

    U.D. 2.0 does the trick .. It's the magic drug, right there !

    My carbload but let me tell ya, I never enjoy the loading .. By now, I've become so 'aware' of the carbs, that I'm almost fearful in endulging in them even though it's part of the diet ! haha ..
