Hello everyone! Weightlifters/bodybuilders, men and women are all welcome to apply. Please respond to this thread with your testing information. We will be very selective so please be as detailed as possible with your application.

Qualifications
- Must be 18 or older
- Must not have any medical conditions or using any prescription drugs.
- Must live in the U.S.
- Must have weight lifting, bodybuilding, power lifting experience, endurance athletics or sports background.
- Must be able to start logs immediately upon receiving the product and update them at least three days per week, daily would be ideal.
- Must not be testing or using any other supplements that would otherwise skew the results of this trial.
- Must not run another sponsored product along with this product log.
- Can not be allergic to any of the ingredients
- Must detail your workout routine and any sport or endurance activity you partake in on a regular basis. (Power lifting, bodybuilding, track and field, martial arts, baseball, football, climbing, cycling, running, biking etc.)

Sweet last contest i entered everything was drug out and it took 2 1/2 weeks.Supposedly they were gonna pick within a few days or a week at most!

I origionally learned from a prison inimate at my gym and followed him for a couple years and got really strong on upper body but than I broke off from him and started on my own as I read magazines. I was powerlifting with him. so Than I did Max-ot for a couple years and as of Septemeber 07 Ive been doing Dc training. I hit Dc hard for 4-8 weeks than take a deloading phase(idea from Layne Norton-Brilliant!) for 2-3 weeks.I train very intensely. Some of my best lifts last time are 240 -9 x's on close grip barbell bench press. Ive squatted 405 before and deadlifted 405. I now focus more on form and of course moving the heavy slag iron

I am looking for a pre-workout supplement that will give me enough energy to sustain my workouts. I have tried NO creatine supplements in the past and have not found one worth sticking with. Also the fact that Ragnarok is carb free makes it perfect for my dosing with powerfull. I keep in depth logs, and will give fully unbiased feedback about the product. I will start the product as soon as it arrives, and will give updates within thirty minutes of finishing my workout. Thanks for the opportunity Millennium.

Although I've been fairly interested in the product, I keep turning it away due the creatine content. Currently heavy on running, and although it feels more like a myth, I just feel weird about getting on creatine. Havn't really found much attributing it towards extended cardio..

MST, how do you feel this product stacks up for a runner? Currently on BodyOctane+Cordygen5, and it's proven itself to be a real, real potent combo (for aerobic endurance). At first glance, your product seems to be real solid for a weight lifter, but how about for a running routine?

Personally I think it is a great product for endurance athletes. The creatine doesn't cause any bloat and the forms are well tolerated and utilized by just about everyone. Nothing can replace C5 for aerobic endurance but C5 and Ragnarok work great and are currently used by any triathletes and cyclists. BO and C5 are a staple among many endurance athletes. All I can say is if you like that combination then you will kill for our new endurance product coming up. :D

- Why should you be selected as a tester? (state your case): I should be choosen as a tester because, I am very experinced and knowledgeble in the bodybuilding community. I train hard, and give honest log reviews. I can help and answer most cardio training questions from football D-1, and lifting from bodybuilding. I feel I can help others out, with my testing for MST.

Background: I started weight training for fun starting at 14, and did competitive rugby and soccer during high school. In my freshman year at university things went downhill because I was forced to go on a mealplan with terrible options that caused a lot of weight loss. After finishing my year and getting off the meal plan I`ve been lean bulking. It took me over 2 months to figure my personal nutritional requirements along with alot of online reading and questions, and I still am constantly tweaking and experimenting. After this phase I started lean bulking, up from 3% to my current 6.5%. I`ve had the chance along the way to log a few products, and started a few more bulk products at the end of 2007 including Yellow Gold, Beta Alanine, Green Tea and Powerful.

I of course agree to all the conditions outlined in the 1st post.

Diet
3000 cal daily (Maintenance + 500).
40% Carbs (300g ) 30% Protein (225g) 30% Fats (100g)

I really find the porridge 1.5hours before working out gives me the energy to make it through the workout. If I have to workout within 1hour of my breakfast, I skip my post-WO shake and have a solid meal with almost no fats because I find my breakfast is still mid-digestion giving me the required energy.

In general my diet follows the guidelines suggested by Dr. John Berardi, with carbs and fats being separated, and my carbs meals are earlier in the day. I almost always train in the morning, or by noon at the latest.

I'm interested in logging Ragnarok because I've played around with many pre-WO supps in the past and have had great results in the gym. I tried a sample of Rag a while back and didn't find much of an effect from it and was doubting it's effects, but I've heard from many reliable friends about great workouts from Rag and I'm interested in giving it another go.

wrestled for 4 years in high school, lifted seriously then, although i didn't know what i was doing at all till around sophomore year. have been doing just maintenance lifting since then up untill about a year and a half ago.

i lift 4 days on, 1 day off doing
day 1) chest and biceps-flat dumbell press 4x10, incline db press 4x10, standing cable flies, top and bottom pullys, each at 3x10, seated incline db curls 3x10, reverse barbell curls 3x10 using X-reps at the end of some sets(i do this for all muscle groups). my rep range will be from 6-12 depending on what exercise im doing, and how light the weight feels. it will be more around the 8-10 range though.

2)legs and abs- squats, hack squats, deadlifts, lying leg curls, stiff leg dead lifts, leg press calf raises. i don't always do the deadlifts, i usualy do them only if i feel i have extra energy after the squats. with the squats, im currently doing 3-4 sets at 8-10 reps, going as heavy as i can. the hack squats i do also 3-4 sets of 8-10 reps, without locking out at the top. if i do do deadlifts, i like to lift heavy for sets of 6. i do lying leg curls on the machine, or with a dumbell, doing 3-4 sets of 8-10, stiff leg deads with 3 sets of 10, and calf raises on the leg press with about 8-10 plates per side, at 4 sets of 10.

3)shoulders and traps-4 sets of Db military press at 10 reps, 3 sets of side raises at 10, 3 sets of rear delt, either bent over with dumbells, or reverse on the pec dec, 10 reps. seated dumbell shrugs, 3x10.

4)back and triceps- pullups 3-4x8-10, wide grip. seated cable row, 4x10. lat pulldown 4x10 t bar row 4x10 or db row 4x10
seated overhead tricep press 3x10 cable pushdown 3x10 and dip 3x10

i will occasionally do some bicycles or stairsteppers, but low intensity after a workout, or before to warm up. nothing serious though, unless i cheated to much a day and have to make up for it.

im not very strict on the exact foods i eat, but i make sure its clean. i eat around 300g carbs, 200g protein and 70g fat, which comes to around 2600 calories.

I should be selected as a tester since I have not tried your product but have tried others like it. And I am very consistant with my workouts and train with great intensity.
