    would really like for someone to stack versa with a GH product they respond well to. The improved sleep from GH product + focus from versa should make an awesome stack.

    My dosing actually varies from day to day, but I use 2 the majority of the time. It really depends on what you're trying to get out of it and what else you're using. I get Agmatine from Jack3d Micro (and sometimes Protocol V2 as well) pre workout, so I don't use the Agmatine 500 in that situation a lot. Most of the time I end up using it before a couple high carb meals. You could stick with 1 cap daily and still benefit from it.

    My ideal stack of Versa-1 would be with Compound 20. I responded extremely well with that and I was not eating as clean as I could have been. I noticed some serious tightness in my abs (not six-pack status, but enough to know that I looked leaner) and my muscles looked fuller. I only took it for a month, but I would like to try it for at least two and see how much better I would repsond, especially since I've been able to dial in my diet more to my liking and tastes.

    Currently running a great stack right now, and looking forward to summer. I started 2013 with Versa-1 and C20. On training days I also add in JackedMicro/Recreate.

    How have your workouts changed?
    Versa-1 has changed quite a bit for me. It's a game changer and has boosted my complete confidence into transforming into a complete powerbuilder. Gone are the days of being big and blocky. I'm looking to complete a major recomp affect. USPLABS has given me the tools to do so. I'm looking to get shredded and defined and much harder. A major leaning and shredded effect is in the works.<br />

    Since starting a new job I have been working in the field on a RIG. This entails me supervising operation but I have to stay on site 7 on/7 off. This means when I'm at the RIG I collaborated a deal with the nearest Y {Wheeling, WV} to allow me to do work. I'm free to come and go without asking or interruption of my family. SO I can hit the gym for up to 3hrs and complete major cardio.<br />

    When I'm home I focus more on shorter, quicker workouts at the Y {Indiana, PA}. I focus on calisthenics and wood collection to heat my home {cardio}. I'm in a great and new situation. I'm tapping into everything to dial in everything before I turn 4-0. This is the largest and greatest stack I ever compiled.<br />


    How has stacking VERSA-1 with your pre-workout of choice like Jack3d Micro™ helped your training

    I've heard USP was working on a protein. But can't find anyone that will tell if that is true or not.

    Workouts with Versa-1 have been pretty smooth, especially when I add a pre-workout. I've also been on the "Adaption Phase" of the Metabolic diet since I started Versa-1. That is 30 carbs or less per day. So really I should be tired at this point and dragging a bit through my workouts making the change over and slipping into ketosis. However I've found that as my days progress further and further into low carb land I've had much more energy than usual. I'm comparing this to when I first started on the Metabolic Diet back in 2002. I went off for around 8 weeks this time and did eat a ton of carbs. You see, I have went off before and had to "make the switch" and it is usually much different at this point. Usually I'm much more tired.

    I've had more energy and more endurance than you can imagine. I can not wait to add AppNut Drive, which helped me very much with endurance last time. This time it will be heightened by the Versa-1.

    Goal for now and the foreseeable future is fat loss, increase endurance, lower RHR, lower BP.


    When I do do a carb up, I'll be using Anabolic pump. I plan on waiting at least 30 days though before my first carb up this time.

    Still need to purchase another ABE and one 240 cap bottle of Drive.

    Before I started taking versa-1 I used to get really tired around 5 pm and need to have a nap. That tiredness has completely disappeared.
    As of right now the cycle recommendations for VERSA-1 are a maximum of 8 weeks on with a minimum of 4 weeks off to follow. Just throwing that out there because I see that you have 3 bottles in a row lined up. Why not just choose one pre-workout and roll with it for the duration of the tub? AP is exellent for refeeds/carb-ups on a cyclic keto diet like that. I tried it a few years ago on a 3-4 month stint with CKD. It definitely helped reduce the lethargy from the carb-up, the bloat to follow, and I always came out fuller with it as well.

    It is in the works but right now there is no time frame or anything for it. It was mentioned around the time that Jack3d Micro was released.
