I take care of my twins from the time I wake up and then head to work around 2 pm, I get off at 10pm and I'm usually very tired but gotta get myself to the gym anyway. Ill run home change clothes,down my preworkout drink and mypills and leave in total I usually workout about 20 mins after I drink my supps
I'm. A huge ac/dc can so i like to them on the way to the gym. But I do not take headphones in with me. I don't like any distractions not even music.
I'd love to see what versa 1 and jak3d micro could do for me after a long day.
My workout is a 3 day split right now but think I'm gonna change it up to optimized volume training which I have had great success with
