Straight from the log!

Alright all, for those that don't know me my name is Jim. I'm currently active duty Army in the 82nd ABN. I've been lifting for ~5 years or so, I just got back from a JRTC rotation so I've been out of the gym for ~30 days. My main goal for these 8 weeks are to get my strength back up after the 30 days away from the gym, I'll be taking starting measurements and weight tomorrow morning. When I left I weighed ~168 and hopefully didn't lose too much weight but I expect that I lost about 10 pounds or so out there, my end goal for this year was to be at 170 but I doubt that is possible based on what I expect my weight to be, as stated earlier the most important thing is strength at this point.

The Goods:
2x Free Test
2x IGF-2
2x N.O. Uptake

Staples:
Creatine Mono
Muscle Marinade (when used no extra mono)
Gold Standard Whey
Orange Triad
MBCAA

The Routine:
Westside for Skinny Bastards, Part III - DeFranco's Training

Mon- ME Upper
Tue- DE Lower
Wed- GPP
Thu- RE Upper
Fri- ME Lower
Sat- GPP
Sun- Rest

The Diet:
3600 Calories
120g Fat
210g Protein
420g Carbs

To some this may sound like a lot but it generally doesn't seem to be enough, or it wasn't before I left and I was considering bumping it up a few hundred. I train twice a day on Mon-Fri because of morning PT and then my afternoon workouts.

Will update with measurements and starting pics tomorrow morning.

Haven't looked at previous numbers yet, but I'm excited to see the difference.

Final Review: This will be over the entire stack, as opposed to individual products, I will do my best to differentiate between the three but I know that many of the effects overlapped between the three products. I also am not going to give them numeric values and will just report the effects.

Strength: I noticed consistent gains in strength, in all exercises. I normally cannot progress in weight every week but I was able to do that consistently and set my fair share of PR's during this 8 week run. What was most significant to me is how quickly my strength picked back up after JRTC and even more impressive was the fact that I didn't lose any strength during my incredibly inconsistent leave. I will attribute this to IGF-2 and Free Test more than Uptake.

Endurance: My rest periods were significantly decreased, especially after I began doing complexes with the program zir.Red has designed for me. I will attribute most of this to N.O. Uptake and it was noticeable.

Recovery: This will be overnight recovery, not between set recovery. I noticed an increase in my body's ability to recover. It was significant, some of this will be attributed to the amount of kCal I was consuming on a regular basis but I was surprised by how I was able to get back into 2x a day workouts and not wake up hurting the next day. Onset was almost immediate.

Sleep Quality: As a general rule, my sleep quality was greatly improved during these 8 weeks. In fact, in the days since I have run out my sleep quality is noticeable lowered and I am waking up much more often in the night and having a harder time falling asleep to begin with. I will attribute this almost solely to IGF-2

Physique Changes: This was not the primary goal of this log but the physique changes were noticeable. My weight increased ~4 pounds (would have been more if I were more consistent with my diet over the holiday's) but I stayed just as lean, if not ended up leaner. I was pleased as physique changes are always welcome.

Pumps: With 5 caps a day the pumps were phenomenal, but 6 is where I prefer it. It was noticeable in every workout and was incredibly noticeable when we would run distance. My calves would be engorged with blood and sometimes it would be painful. I would occasionally get lower back pumps, nothing extraordinary, but noticeable. The effect increased with consistent dosing.

Vascularity: During this run, I can say that my vascularity was much improved. Some of this is from Free Test and some of this is from the pump in N.O. Uptake. I can say that when I ran out of FT, my all day vascularity decreased noticeably. Once I started working out it wasn't noticeable but it was extremely noticeable in a rested state.

Muscle Density: This is a hard one to gauge but I noticed that as the log went on my pecs felt significantly more dense. It was most noticeable in my chest because it is my weakest muscle from a physique standpoint and is normally the last to progress. The density is still there but it has decreased recently, I attribute most of this to IGF-2 because it has subsided since I ran out.

Overall: I would buy these products again. I was a big fan of IGF-2 and N.O. Uptake specifically. Free Test did exactly what I had bought it to do and I believe that all of these products are worth the price. I will be using IGF-2 again (may even try R1's Prime/IGF-2 stack) but the standout product to me was N.O. Uptake. I have been a fan of AppNut products since I initially used RPM/Drive (love Drive) and N.O. Uptake is a fantastic preworkout for pumps/muscular endurance. Can't wait to order some Uncut in the near future and see how they do together (assuming they continue to make Uptake)

Thanks for following everyone. I think I made significant progress as far as my goals are concerned and cannot wait for this new year to unfold, a lot of big things in the works for a lot of companies and I am excited to say the least!

How could I compare to that
He did a lot of good work and that log was well run. The numbers show it can be done! Hey, any and acconplishments deserve praise. Credit is given where credit is due. So if you have a story to tell no matter how big or small now is a time to put yourself up; use that as the driving force to the next objective and let AN lend a helping hand.

This is day one of my log. I have been a sprinter for over 7 years now and i decided to give this stuff a try. I tried RPM before with great success and I love the feeling it gives me. A smooth calm energy and focus like I am ready to take on Bolt. Its a hard feeling to describe but you are most certainly ready for the tougher workouts. I took 2 RPM and 2 Drive to start. Two RPM still works well even after taking 3 RPM preworkout in the past. So here it goes:

Digestion: 7/10 they are pills so this grade isn't purely on taste but the AFTERTASTE. You can taste the ingredients in the burps for the next hour and a half after ingestion. I usually get 3 before they're done. You have to give the pills about 80 minutes to settle. If you start a tough sprint workout any sooner after taking the pills you WILL be fighting to hold your puke down before practice. You need even more time if you just ate within the last 3 hours.

Energy: 8/10 There was a smooth energy. I wasn't jittery or wired. Just calm cool and collected. I give it an 8/10 because i'm used to taking 3 RPM. It still had fear pre-start but the energy was enough to keep me from giving up. There was also no crash. I did want to take a slight nap when i was done but my body wouldn't let me, even after the intense workout. If it is your first time taking RPM you feel like a dark cloud sits on your head. You're mind is racing but focused at the same time and you're internally laughing because you have RPM and everyone else doesn't.

Endurance: 10/10 i noticed a marked increase in my ability to reproduce performance times. It was good but not spectacular....at first. Drive takes about 7-10 to experience any real effects so this must have been the RPM working. My legs were not as worn out as usual after the sets. i did experience cramping during my last set so i could not finish the workout. Possibly from the drying from caffeine in the RPM. I have experienced a marked increase in endurance from Drive on day one before, but that was the first time i took it. The first day i took Drive I had a 300 meter workout and I noticed that my legs would go past the burn. Even though my body wanted to stop. Oh yeah, this stiff gives my "third leg" increased endurance too.

Libido: 9/10. This must be the "pump". noticed alot more fullness, maybe even some size. Im not saying that this will be the case for everyone but It works for me. The size illusion may come from the increased vascularity of the HGW. Regardless I like it and the ladies love it. It makes me better in the bedroom also because im more focused. I took an off cycle and I just wasn't that same beast.

Recomp: 10/10 I've noticed that within a couple weeks of the RPM/Drive combo my muscles are thicker and my skin is tighter. My abs look like a million bucks even though I haven't done them for weeks. This makes the hourly trips to the bathroom and liquid sh**s for the first 2 weeks or so worth it.

Overall: 9.5/10 great combo. I felt like a champ. My confidence was better and i was more aggressive approaching sets. Breathing during the workouts wasn't better at first but recovery was slightly better. I notice that my wind and general stamina built up alot quicker than normal on Drive. Maybe it was the placebo effect. I certainly had more energy though. Not the best preworkout as far as raw energy. But if you're tired of preworkouts that work well for 3 days to a week and never show up again then this is the one. If you take drive for 1 month plus you will never want to run out. It is the best all around supplement and helps you everywhere. I remember holding conversations with "badd chicks" and holding my own to the point that they were throwing themselves at me. Women consider me a good looking guy universally so individual results may vary haha. It gives me confidence and composure but it may help with pheromones too. I will never stop using Drive lol. RPM is great too, i may go back to using 3 caps. That's the recommended dose for my size anyway. Im excited to see what this new supplement Uncut will bring to the table. I will be dosing UNCUT+DRIVE for a while and back to RPM during off cycles of UNCUT.

Take RPM at 2 PWO and sometimes 2 before going out on the weekend as a social lubricant its much better for me than alcohol IMO. I dose drive at 3 and 3. Sometimes upon waking and at night. Sometimes 90 minutes PWO and at night. I wish I could dose the drive higher but the stuff is pretty expensive to run at 8+ caps daily.

I feel that I should chime in here too since a pair of AppNut supps helped me achieve a mid-year resolution in 2012. This goes to show that supps can help with resolutions, even when they aren't made at the beginning of the year.

Last May I was looking to drop some extra weight in time for my brother's wedding in early June. AppNut gave me the opportunity to log Fat Free and Drive in what would be my first experience with AppNut products. I used both products while trying to continue my diet and exercise plan that were already in place. I did pretty well other than a 3-day trip to Chicago with my brother where we ate and drank our way through the city. In spite of my epic 3-day continuous cheat meal, I ended up losing almost 10 lbs. in the month that I used Fat Free and Drive!

Those two supplements definitely helped me achieve my short-term resolution. The fact that AppNut reps were there every step of the way to support me and keep me accountable definitely helped too. They offered a lot of constructive feedback and the quality supps and reps made me a lifelong AppNut customer. Little did I know that a few months later I would be lucky enough to become an AppNut rep myself.

Drive is a fantastic addition for those in more aerobic sports but even sprinting has its level of passing the anaerobic threshold so I see where RPM steps in. Never though for RPM before a night out but Drive ABSOLUTELY!

I'm still partial to Free Test/IGF-2 for da gainz. Made it a love triangle with NO Uptake. Gonna see where Uncut sits in the mix.

Any time line for when these have to be in? Running the last couple weeks of an AN log and will wait til it finishes to write up a review, but if this closes sooner I can type something up before that.

I wouldn't wait until the end of the month. Besides, you don't have to have a final review up to participate. This is just about how AppNUt supplements have helped you with a goal or resolution.

I feel like all AN reps just use Rep orders (if that's how they do that) to get tons of drive and RPM.

At least that's what I think I'd do, lol I'd probably use drive year round if I could afford it.

I wouldn't recommend using a forskolin product year round but I do however use Complete Balance and Bio-Mend year round. Drive, RPM, IGF-2 and Neovar stay in rotation

I agree that Drive is something that I could also use just about year-round. It stacks with anything and I always feel so much better when I'm taking it.

I could see that being a problem but just remember anytime you're conflicted that whatever you don't want, I will gladly take off of your hands.

Not really a fan of elevating cAMP for prolonged periods. The longest I would suggest is 3-4 months (this is what the sabinsa study supports) followed by 3-4 months off.

I remember when RPM first came out. Actually I was one of the beta testers for the product. Love it. I went up to 6 caps pre-workout on an empty stomach. What I remember vividly is an instant increase in libido and energy. Maybe not instant, but within 15-20 minutes I would feel an amazing energy, libido boost and this great feeling of confidence. It was like "everything is going to be alright" and all doubt about whether or not I would do well at the gym vanished. It's a simple formula which I believe is what gave Applied Nutriceuticals a name in this industry. For me anyway, it is what made me sit up and take notice of this small but worthy company in the sea of fly by night companies in the supplement industry.

Drive is another product from AppNut that I enjoy. With Drive however, the effects weren't instant and were a bit different. Drive increases libidio, but it builds up slowly and is not immediate like with RPM. It took approximately two weeks for me to start feeling the effects of Drive. Once I started feeling it, the one thing that stood out the most was the endurance. While I was taking Drive I was utilizing a high rep, endurance based training program. I was eating very low carb, 30 or less grams per day. Sort of like circuit style training, except I had to rest between exercises at least just enough to catch my breath. Thirty to around 50 reps per exercise and two "Circuits". The rest time for me was at least 60 seconds between exercises. Fast forward two weeks into my use of Drive. I couldn't rest at all between exercises, didn't get out of breath at all really and had inadvertently increased my repetitions. If someone was on the exercise machine that I was to go on next I would just do another set of the exercise I was on or do an alternate exercise because I just couldn't sit there and rest. I went from huffing and puffing to sitting there thinking, "What the hell am I doing just sitting here?!!!". Almost upset with myself that I wasn't moving fast enough. It's like Drive was my training partner kicking my ass into full gear. The focus and intensity was unmatched. When I was not on Drive I found myself looking around sometimes while doing my sets. With Drive I was only focused at the task at hand. If I was doing leg press all I could think about was the movement of my legs and my form. The mechanics of the exercise and how it worked, etc...Everything else I blocked out. The music in the gym, people walking past me, people talking to each other. All that was just gone. It was only me and the weights and I was there to conquer them. Not moving or resting just wasn't an option. I'd have to carry a towel around to wipe the puddles of sweat off the benches I used. No wonder they call this product "Drive", it just drives you.

I have used only three of the products from appnut. RPM was a good change/break from using caffeine. I have used it on my night jobs for a little boost and to help focus(14-19 hours with only a few hours between jobs takes a toll). I have also used Drive, wasn't to sure of what to expect and personally can't tell ya how it helped me(just being honest). Now the one that I used the least but loved the most..... NEOVAR I was pleased with the way I felt using this product, post workout was my preferred time to use. I've been itching to get me hands on more. Good and bad I know but we all react differently to supps.

Thanks for the good products.

Awesome. As I read this I find more usefulness to RPM. I keep trying different things for creatine but keep going back to NeoVar. Partially because no other CM has the additional GDP's. Also caps are far more convenient. Take 3 pre and post.

NeoVar us a great product. I had a lot of success with it a few years ago with an AP/NeoVar scheme.
I could see that as a good double up on cell volumizing and nutrient traffic into the cells. I would give that a whril.

Here's my final review of Free Test stacked with HGHup done last June

Weight - Start 197 | End 199
BF % - I didn't take measurements but my pants and belt all fit the same, so assumption is fat gain is null to minimum.
Strength - Bench Press Start 275 for 5 | End 300 for 3
Size - Noticed my shirts were starting to get tighter in the arm and shoulder areas.

Here's what I noticed on my 4 week run of the Free Test + HGHup stack on a weekly basis.

Week 1 - Didn't notice a whole lot with Free test during the first week (except for the runs from the Forslean), but I did notice better/deeper sleep with the HGHup after a few days of usage. The first few days I woke up kind of groggy and wanted to roll back over and go back to sleep which is unusual for me. Other than that nothing really to report.

Week 2 - Around mid-way through week 2 my body finally got adjusted to the Forslean and the runs subsided. My stool was still on the softer side, but not the runs. It was about mid-way through the end of week 2 when I started noticing my skin was a little more oily and I had 2 pimples on my face. Also, starting getting a few more boners during the day. The deep sleep from HGHup was pretty consistent at this point.

Week 3 - Around week 3 it seemed my core body temperature was rising. I was hot all the time. When I exercised, I would sweat more than normal and I basically had to make the house like an icebox at night to sleep comfortably. At the end of week 3 my libido starting kicking up a little bit. I noticed a little more aggresion in the gym as well.

Week 4 - Libido was like a teenager at week 4. I wanted sex all the time and even when I got it, I still wasn't satisfied. I walked around all day with sex on my mind which is good and bad. Had random wood all the time as well. At this point my skin was still oily but pimples had cleared up. Noticed my aggression had kicked into high gear as well. I wanted to kill the weights with the mind-set of pushing harder each time. It was then when I noticed the biggest gains in strength. I did notice at this point I found it hard to fall asleep because my body temp was so high. It was like trying to sleep in an oven or something. But once I fell asleep, I stayed asleep.

I'm in no way saying this stack is comparable to a ph, but I have to say it's been over 6 years since I've hit 300 on the bench and the last time I did it I was on a 1-T cycle. But today with the alpha-male kicking in I told myself to try and get 300lbs (the 300lb mark is a mental thing for me as well, I partially tore my rotator cuff the last time I was benching at that weight). Again, it's been over 6 years since I've tried, so I went and got a trainer to come and spot me. I told him I was trying to get my 1 rep max. Knowing I hadn't hit that mark in a very long time I was a little anxious and nervous, but I guess the alpha-male kicked in and not only did I bench 300lbs, I got it for 3 reps and really felt like I could have got 1 more rep as well but really didn't want to push it with my shoulder.

So all in all, I thoroughly enjoyed this stack and I truly see why they say to run 2 bottles of this stuff because the gains really just start kicking in around week 4. I've already decided I'm going to be running a cut cycle around Oct timeframe with some mild PH's, but I definately know what's going to be part of my PCT (Free Test + HGHup + DAA + clomid if needed)

I'd like to thank R1balla and Applied Nutriceuticals for selecting me to run this. I hope all who read this know I have no problem posting how I truly feel about a product (good or bad) regardless if it's sponsored or not. I feel it's dishonest to myself, the company and the public who read the reviews for me to just post positive reviews because a company gave it to me for free. That does nobody any good because in the long run the consumer will find out if a product is bunk or not. So why not tell the company their product is crap early in the process so they can go back to the drawing board.

Anyways with all that said, I can say AN has a winner on there hands with this stack

Shred two pounds and bump up 25 on bench - I'll call that a win. Thanks for the honesty and thoroughness. The libido from Free Test hits me within a weeks time and its phenomenal. I've heard of those Forslean adverse effects, but it goes away. Running this stack 8 weeks becomes very dramatic although as your said its no PH - so a great alternative to the drug-free lifters. Thanks!

Whooooa, where's this guy been^^^^ :-D

Took a new job that's been kicking my butt with long hours. That and running around for my kids have kept me in lurking status for the past few months. I'm hoping I can be a regular again very shortly.
