Serious Nutrition Solutions would like to help you fulfill your resolutions in 2013. To do so, we will be looking for a member to run a Reduce XT and SNS Green Coffee Bean Extract log. * Maintain Strength
* Focus more on the muscle belly
* Add in calisthenics where needed
* Get more Financially fit
* Learn new job position w/ current company
* Workout according to 7on/7off schedule (When it begins)

How long you have been working out:​

Approximately 25yrs A combination of basketball and weights. Became much more serious in the last few years hence the massive amount of progress I made on my Big Three lifts.

Male or Female: Male

Seing my results from the joint formula, I'm interested in giving this a go. It looks to be an awesome combination to reduce my BF even more. I'm close to where I want to be and these two products may be just what I need to take it to the next level and get more muscular detail. It's insane the size i put on over the years and I'm slowly stripping away BF. This will help kickoff my 2013 and help lead me to my final goal.

Just recently relocated from VA to PA. Bigger house, new way to heat the home which requires cutting, collecting and burning wood in the fireplace. I have to also monitor it to keep it going to reduce electric costs. This requires a lot of movement, all the while chasing a 11 month old around the house.

New work schedule requires a 7 days on/ 7 day off schedule which will become challenging to stay in the gym. I have to get creative to contuosly move around and stay on track. I will add in calisthenics where I see fit. i can;t maintain a constant training schedule so I have to be creative to utilize anything and everything at my disposal to continue on with my goals.

2013 will be awesome!
