I'm logging lean efx refined and natural efx right now if you want to check it out. I'm running a hormone cycle and my appetite was totally out of control, this stuff has been an absolute GODSEND for keeping me on track. I was piling down like 4000-5000 cals a day for a while there and now I feel totally good with 2000-2500/day. It's a beautiful thing.

Oh and Volatile is by far my favorite all around pre workout ever. not over stimmed, great endurance and fantastic pumps.

Volatile definitely looks like a much better alternative to pre workouts like craze or alphamine. Stacked those two sumbitches together and ended up with heart palpitations and night sweats. Turns out they synergize exceptionally well and higenamine metabolizes slower than the research had me believe.

Amen. I'd much rather have the pump with a moderate boost of energy. But like "Wally" said there is that croud that love ultra concentrated stuns.

Good have arrived. Log will be up and running when I get off work at midnight! Starting the run on Monday so it can be a clean start date for me. Hate starting middle of a week, just a personal OCD thing lol! Pumpedddd to get it going

Wally, thanks for getting the tub of Endurance shipped so quick! Just got back from the gym and had a savage lifting session, so far I'm pretty impressed with Endurance. What I noticed immediately is that it tastes much better than any bcaa I've ever had, no funky fermented smell to it.
