    Nah lean bulk. Worked well. Went from bout 182 up to 193lbs with bf% of 10 by end of the 6 week run and have maintained throughout PCT. would like to sit round 185 with 8-9% bf if possible.

  13. Aaron thats close to my normal, I train 13 days theen 1 day off. Every now and then I slow it down like right now, just because work is very busy; so about once a week I wont make it and then I miss every other Sunday due to work.
