    Weight:178
    Training history:7 years now, nothing professional but I am currently working on getting licensed. Also trying to bench 350, I dont really know what to put haha besides sports sports sports
    Current goals (cut, bulk etc...) bulk to 195
    Training schedule: 5 times a week even split with a cardio ab day
    How often can you post?: every other day easily, especially over chirstmas break
    What's your favorite color?: red

  8. Well I deff do not need to lose any weight, and I went over the ingrediant profiles and endurance looks like a very good product, so does volatile its a very strong toss up between the two. I love preworkouts but I dont need to lose any muscle haha!

    Nah lean bulk. Worked well. Went from bout 182 up to 193lbs with bf% of 10 by end of the 6 week run and have maintained throughout PCT. would like to sit round 185 with 8-9% bf if possible.
