  7. Currently im loving 1 scoop craze+1 scoop jacked - absolutely amazing and very smoothbut lasts ahelluva long time. even though im worried about the caffeine content...Is this gonna be suitable for me considering above? If yes ill be willing to log it fairly :-)

    Take out the Jack and add some Hemavol for epicness. I also wouldn't think mixing Jack, Craze and Origin to be a good time.

    Seems like a little much. I'd take some hemovol with craze or jack3d but not both

  10. I meant that if origin may replace the above 2 combo. even if to a lesser extent. like I said the combo lasts too long and I train at around 8pm!

    Honestly it sounds as that you don't need a stronger stimulant, you need a break from stimulants.

  13. when it comes to pre workouts, for me, theres no point in mixing one product with another. i mean whats working and whats not? you should have everything you need all in one working together. i remember back in the day when i picked up my first pre workout, you didnt need anything else, you just needed to take it twice a day workout days and once off days.

    Doesn't sound like a preworkout to me at all then haha, but stacking can be great considering all the sub categories and different goals certain products will have in mind. I generally use focus xt + clout

    I can't imagine two stims even if they are different....like I said try taking one away and add an Stim free NO product since Craze or Jack really doesn't help in that category well. If you dot like it switch back, but I'm willing to bet you will. I change up my stims, but always add a scoop of Hemavol.

    This is what i follow for the majority sometimes 6 weeks depending on how much you use.
    Adrenal Glands build up a tolerance, you are beating a deadhorse if you continually use stims over and over and never take a break. Just like anything else in life.

    Cant lift every single day, you need time off to recover. just like your glands in your body.

    Yup, i have suffered from adrenal fatigue before. Low cort levels and tired all yhe time. It's terrible

    i said the combo is amazing. i love it. i do not take it everyday

    all i asked was wether genomyx origin can provide the same effect|(even to a lesser degree) and for shorter duration than above combo

    for the record the above combo is fantastic when i get to train in the morning. and no crash, pure excellence all day.

    so if you havent tried it or any other combos then you really can have a real opinion on the matter

    You should definitely try Origin to replace that stack. Origin does have ~255mg of caffeine, which can be a lot for some people. You could start with a 1/2 serving in the evening and see if/how long it keeps you awake. Personally, with what you're already taking, I don't think 1/2 a scoop or even a full scoop will be too much for you.

    goals-continue getting stronger and bigger with minimal fat gain
    current progress- have put on about 12 lbs inthe last 3 months, strength gains are coming and motivation is at an all time high, it feels great to begetting selp fconfidence back and making great strides in the gym.
    preworkout history - I have tried almost every preworkout around that I can think of. Whether it was a full tub or a few samples. Becuase of this I feel that I can give a great review of any preworkout and how it compares to other pre workouts.
    Why choose me? Like i said, motivation is at an all tiem high, winter break from school will give me even more time to focus on my goals and origin would be a great addition to that. IT is a great tiem for me to really put it to the test. Also, I am a stim junkie so I can really judge the strength of the product.
    Training style- I start every workout with a strength/power move, using bands when I can to really develop explosiveness.....I then move to more hypertrophy work with drop sets....very high volume
    Diet- Follow IF usually with one huge meal at night, jsut more conveinient for me that way.....it has been working so I cant complain

  38. Meh doubt I've got too much of a chance with my post count but I decided I am going to throw an app in.

    Stats: 22 yrs old, 5'9 163lbs approximately 11% bf.
    Current goal: Cut to single digits for the first time in my life (former fatty 268 lbs at 5'5 checking in)
    Preworkout history: A whole fkin lot over the last 5 years. This is a supplement category that I honestly do not generally care for aside from a few non stim products.
    Supplements I will run during the log: SSv1, EC, DCP, Focus XT, and probably clout but I'll dose that separate from my workouts.
    Diet: IF (leangains protocol) with a 40/40/20 split for the most part. I do count macros
    Training: I do a pretty traditional split while cutting, work schedule doesn't allow for a set time in the gym each day so some workouts will be fasted and some will not. As for cardio I do occasionally do HIIT, this hasn't been a primary focus for me but I am working on making it one. I keep weight sessions and cardio separate.

    Edit: Willing to drop the EC as well if that would be preferred.

    Writing this chit on my phone haha, anything else I should add?
