I feel HICA is better split in two doses. I've ran it from 500 to 3000mg

1500mg daily is more than enough IMO.

Dont think we can log the product unless they are a sposor on here. This happened to me once before with a company and I started the log and they pulled it off. I asked why they said they are not a sponsor on here anymore. Thats all I know from my experience.
