    I like ConDense for my GPP circuits, tried the MM+CD with one today (granted it was called the Mother F*cker) and it didn't go well....

    Speaking of energy drink. I went to the gym last week with a friend who paid for the day pass and I saw a guy mixing red bull with no xplode. F'n crazy. I saw him later in the gym and in the middle of his sets he was shaking the whole time like a pop corn popping lol.

    1 Arm KB Clean and Press x 10 (5 each arm)
    Rope climb x 1
    Farmers carry x 30yds
    BW Prowler Push x 30yds
    2 min rest

    Repeat until broke the f*ck off. I was going for 3 rounds today but felt like death for ~30 minutes after the second round.

    Also by BW prowler I mean put your bw in plates onto the prowler. I had 180+the weight of the sled that I was pushing.

  19. That I sent? I sent 3 scoops... Do a tiny bit over teaspoon... I measured out with the scoop and measuring spoon. That would be 1 serving... I advise u try 1 scoop and then 2 scoops

    I saw a post asking if 48 grams of creatine was too much for post workout and all this other stupid stuff, I just had to. It's clear that forum is beyond saving

    edit: what really rustled my jimmies is someone asked if protein needed to be cycled.
