    Fahrenheit GF-AMA and a 260lbs Asian


    Just finished up on GF-T21. Amazing stuff. My bench went from 315 for 8 and this morning I did 315 for 15 a new PR!! Gained about 11-12lbs in just about 20 days. Ate like a beast and now its time to rip it up. My goal with this over the next 3 weeks is to lean it up and see what happens with this stuff. Ill be doing about 300 Pro and about 200 carbs a day. about 30 minutes of cardio 3-5 times a week. Ive been taking K-otic as a preworkout and I use Dymatize Iso-100 as protien. I take creatine powder before and after workouts and before bed in my last shake of the night. Hit me up with any questions you have. I have done 2 bb shows. my last show i was 205lbs on stage. looking to make an impact in the spring of 2013. See how this will help me out. thanks for jumping in and checking out my logs.     well i got about 3 hours of sleep last night so I figured I would bypass legs today. besides its monday everyone does chest on monday. so here we go!!

    Chest:
    Flat Barbell Bench
    2 X 15 @ 135lbs
    1 X 15 @ 225lbs
    1 X 15 @ 315lbs this is a PR wow
    1 X 20 @ 225lbs

    Incline barbell bench:
    1 X 15 @ 135lbs
    1 X 10 @ 225lbs
    1 x 7 @ 315lbs

    Shoulder started to act up after all this (I know weird) so I went to lighter stuff and machines

    Seated Decline
    1 X 12 @ 1 plate
    1 X 12 @ 2 plates
    2 X 10 @ 3 plates

    Seated Incline
    2 X 10,8 @ 2 plates
    1 X 8 @ 3 plates

    Machine Cross Overs High
    4 X 10 @ 80lbs

    Machine Cross overs Mid
    4 X 10 @ 80lbs

    Machine Cross Overs Low
    7 X 10 @ 80lbs

    Not sure if its the left over T21 or the AMA but I had a killer day even on no sleep and no real breakfast. we will see how it goes.

    Took my AMA and my Preworkout this morning. 30 minutes seems to be good on the AMA I think. Feels like I am just able to do more during the workouts even on little sleep. Weighed in at 258 this morning. not bad. felt strong but i was over heating a bit at the gym. i would have liked to get another set or two on dead lifts but i didnt want to throw up that early in my workout lol here is my back day. and post workout pics at the bottom.

    Back:
    High rope rows:
    5 X 15 @ 160lbs

    Lat pull down wide:
    1 X 15 @ 100lbs
    1 X 15 @ 150lbs
    1 X 15 @ 200lbs
    1 X 12 @ 250lbs (whole stack)

    Deadlifts:
    1 X 12 @ 225lbs
    1 X 12 @ 315lbs
    1 X 10 @ 405lbs (this was fun, hadnt done that many on 405 for a bit)
    1 X 12 @ 225lbs

    I was pretty gassed after deads today. still trying to catch up on sleep and stuff.

    Low machine rows:
    2 X 12 @ 1 plate
    1 X 12 @ 2 Plates
    1 X 10 @ 3 Plates

    Lat Pull wide behind the head
    5 X 12-15 @ 130lbs

    Tried a couple of sets of shrugs in there but I was pretty toast so ill push it off for delts day.

    I know that I isn't do really anything for Hams. But they get killed when I do Deads

    That leg day killed me, slept like a baby last night barely get up this morning. I'm going more volume today my delts are still pretty toast from last week and my shoulder day. *So here we go.*

    wow hit a new PR on AMA. im about ten days into this bottle. seeing some separation. loving it.

    I kinda spaced this for a minute haha
    im doing the main one on BB.com so i kinda fell short on this log.

    The last 3 weeks Ive been taking AMA and loving every second of it. I have been eating like a beast and my arms, delts, traps and chest were still tightening up and separating. Also getting vascular. From day one on AMA, I gained about 6lbs total. I got as high as an 11lbs gain but that was after a binge. I saw strength gains that were close to what i was on T21 and that is saying something. Its not really marketed for everything i was seeing while taking it. I was benching 3 plates for 15 at the start and that went up 2 reps, I got back to old form that i had while on PHs.. which is just scary for this stuff being natty.

    Lifting highlights

    Deadlifting
    12 reps of 405lbs
    6 reps of 500lbs
    1 rep of 605lbs

    Bench
    16 reps of 315lbs
    31 reps of 225lbs

    Dumbbell Shoulder Press
    12 reps of 125lbs
    6 reps of 150lbs *PR

    Squat
    5 reps of 500lbs

    Leg Press
    10 reps of 1100lbs

    I have taken a lot of test boosters and PHs over the years and I am thoroughly impressed with AMA

    Thank you so much for letting me log this product. I was skeptical when i first got this but i am now a believer.
