Just finished up on GF-T21. Amazing stuff. My bench went from 315 for 8 and this morning I did 315 for 15 a new PR!! Gained about 11-12lbs in just about 20 days. Ate like a beast and now its time to rip it up. My goal with this over the next 3 weeks is to lean it up and see what happens with this stuff. Ill be doing about 300 Pro and about 200 carbs a day. about 30 minutes of cardio 3-5 times a week. Ive been taking K-otic as a preworkout and I use Dymatize Iso-100 as protien. I take creatine powder before and after workouts and before bed in my last shake of the night. Hit me up with any questions you have.
