    Truth.. Been using my IC bottle.. Stuff is too legit . I fear no workout, I look forward to them knowing I am gonna smash everything I touch. I've Never been one to think that either.

    Started 3 weeks ago .. I NEVER incline bench but I've been rest pausing compounds to really build up some mass all over my body. I went from 135x 8 rp to 160 x 8 rp in 3 weeks. I'm now warming up with 135.. And 160 was 'easy' but no need to go nuts n hit plateau.. Point is-- with this stuff I just am compelled to move more weight period!

    Diet is key, eat for the body you want.
    Train for the body you want.
    Sleep for the body you want.
    Then once those 3 things are down pat, you can supplement for the body you want.

    I hadnt dead lifted since June due to back and knee issues (football related) (I'm only 24)

    Did them today and beat my 5 RM from when I trained it religiously... Insane. I love this stuff. I get that crazed twinkle in my eye about 20-30 after ingesting like damn, it's on

    Sick brother.. I took a week off and still killed it with micro... It's the real deal for me.. and to make it sweeter.. I'm still more powerful then some of the guys who are on the juice..

    Bc there's no Substitute for hard work!

    When i really grew a few years ago ppl would ask me what i was on... I told them HW and D.. They were like all what's that?!? I said- hard work and dedication!

  36. Another best training tip "sometimes LESS is MORE" most newbz try to train for hours and hours, now unless you are on the "sauce" then maybe, but I made this mistake when I started out.. Training 2 hours per day 7 days a week.. sure i saw results but that soon diminished very quickly...

    So to all the NEWBZ, if you wanna be down with the ALPHACREW, your gonna have to reduce your training time by a DEUCE..

    Sorry.. 45 min or 115 minutes.. I do more in those times than most of the newbies do in 2. It's a matter of why you are really there in the first place... Dedication and passion are the reasons to train..

  39. Tip #2 (no Goku this time sadly)

    Its really more of a mentality but I use this on bench every few months if I want a new max! When you are lifting think "if I don't get this up I'm gonna look like such a dumbass." or "that's a lot of weight..if I fail that's gonna crush me.."
