  1. I can't win but just a few of mine I like

    Myofusion vanilla, tbs pure maple syrup, two graham crackers ends up tasting like butter pecan ice cream

    Myo or Combat choco protein, tsp of dark choc coco powder, 1tsp coffee

  2. Well in for entry number 2!!! (it's after midnight, so new day )

    2 scoop chocolate protein powder
    1/2 cup oats(optional)
    16 egg whites (half of a carton of pasteurized egg whites)
    Roughly 1/2 cup milk
    A few squirts of chocolate sauce

  3. 1 tbsp of dried coconut (or coconut oil)
    1⁄3 cup beat root (cooked chopped)
    1⁄4 cup frozen blueberries
    1⁄4 cup frozen raspberries
    1⁄2 banana
    1⁄4 mint leaves
    150g greek yoghurt light version
    1/2 tea spoon sea salt
    1/2 cup green tea (brewed from 1 bag)
    ice cubes

    sometimes whey for me I have a thang for chocolate so usually mix my whey with green tea and add but not necessary depends if you really need that extra protein content (vanilla also is ok as are all the fruity or flavorless blends)

    2 scoops vanilla protein
    2 cups skim milk
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    1 cup frozen fruit (mixed)
    1/2 cup ice

    Put all in a blender and blend away.
    After a year off, I'm back

    Ingredients:
    1 Cup Milk
    1 Cup Strawberries
    1 Tbsp Natural Cocoa Powder
    1 Tbsp Agave Nectar
    1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
    1/2 Cup Natural Plain Yogurt
    1 Tsp Ground Flax
    1 scoop protein powder of choice

    Yes they are. Which is why I like them soo much, you can never really repeat a recipe unless you really like one.

  10. Mango Smoothie!
    1 cup sugar-free Apple Juice
    1/2 cup 0% Greek Yogurt
    1 tbsp Orange Juice Concentrate
    1/2 cup frozen Mango
    1/2 cup frozen Pineapple
    2 scoops Vanilla Protein

  11. Great contest, I love my smoothies!
    2 scoops vanilla protein powder
    1 banana
    1 cup greek yogurt
    1 cup skim milk
    strawberries- sometimes they're sweet and sometimes they're sour, so it really depends. Start with 1 cup and go up.
    3/4 cup mangoes
    Ice if needed.
    Frozen fruits work really well too.
    Stevia or some type of sweetener if you got a sweet tooth that day.
