My goals are to become as as possible. I have been restricted to only upper body and core lifts in last few weeks as I crutch around the gym on a recently surgically repaired ankle. Ive been going as hard as ever nonetheless. I have used CEL in the past and absolutely loved it so I'd love to see how your product does for me.
I am an independent league baseball player with dedication to my training and use a 3 on 1 off regiment with high low intensity days twice week at the moment being that I can't train legs.
Day 1: Chest/Tri - High Rep Low Weight
Day 2: Back/Bi - High Rep Low Weight
Day 3: Shoulders - High Rep Low Weight
Day 4: OFF
Day 5: Chest/Tri - Low Rep High Weight
Day 6: Back/Bi - Low Rep High Weight
Day 7: Shoulders - Low Rep High Weight
Day 8: OFF
I am now incorporating 4x training which is showin some good results for my body as well.
I do cable forearm and rotator cuff work for baseball every other day. I train abs in a 2 on 1 off daily regiment as well. Been seeing some phenomenal cutting results with this style.
I have logged for PES and CEL in the past and have used with good results. Thank you for the opportunity.
