That's how I dosed mine.. others dosed theirs with afternoon or evening meals.. I trained mornings fasted and did well with the morning post workout meal...

Some people dose it pre, but for me when I did that mixed with my yok3d or jack3d, my stomach felt funny

Gotcha.. Why would u dose with yoked when TP already has agmatine? Just curious.. A little redundant, no? Iove yoked tho FWIW..

I always dosed my tp post workout with my post workout meal.. I'll eat then enjoy that fruity tp... It was hard to determine the flavor.. I thought it was bubblegum.. but its fruit punch...
