I couldn't open it up on my phone for some reason, so I opened it up on my desktop. Looks VERY good!! Wish I wasn't going on vacation now!! Lol, actually, I'm glad I am. The dosing instructions are almost as good as Lit Up!

1-2 capsules 2x per day- I would start with 1 first thing in the AM- you can take it with or w/o food depending on the amount of kick that you want
