The Goal: The Most Dramatic Body Transformation:

How do you win? Easy! We're looking for the most dramatic body transformation in 12 weeks. There are no categories (ie. men, women, muscle building etc), just an overall winner and four runner ups. You have 12 weeks to transform your body and show our members just what can be done with planning and hard work. Strip away fat, pack on muscle, or do both! It doesn’t matter what your physique transformation goals are, as long as you can present stunning before and after photos of your amazing progress!

How it Works:

1. You can enter anytime between April 4th and April 15th of 2011.
2. The contest will end on July 15th of 2011.
3. Create a Transformation Challenge thread in the Challenge Forum.
4. Your beginning photos will need to be emailed to [email protected] and we will edit them into your 1st post.
5. Your first post must contain your height, weight, goal and any other info that you would like us to know about you.
6. We HIGHLY encourage daily posting in your journal of what is happening with your diet and training.
7. Between May 27th and June 3rd, we would like you to email us progress photos that we will post in your journal.
8. At the end of the 12 week period, email your photos to us by July 18th.
9. You must be over the age of 18 at time of entry.
