so with the somnidren i can take 60 minutes before bed and drink a protein shake 30 minutes after?

whats another way i can mix protein in a solid instead of water. because ill be getting up two three times if i drink a protein shake that close to bed time.

thinking of purchasing some somni tablets.

oh yeah another question- can you stack cordygen5 with a preworkout like jacked or monster pump?

if you are just looking for deep sleep, then the protocol you listed is fine. If you want more of a gh boost, leave out the protein shake, as that can delay the gh release.

yes, cordygen5 can be stacked with a pre-workout, I recommend citruvol and/or ragnorok, but to each their own.
