Training Style and workouts/week: DC 3 times a week with a 2 split set up each having 3 different groups of exercises each. Cardio twice a week which will be upped when I start coaching wrestling.
Nutrition w/ general macro breakdown: during the week high fat high protein limited carbs. Weekend high carb moderate protein low fat

Epi, , Xtreme Tren, EFX
Supplements used currently: , creatine, JP8/NO-Shotgun, BCAAs
Willing to drop any potentially conflicting supplements during the course of this log? Of course
Short term goals: Drop some body fat and get closer to 195. Plus have better cardio.
Long term goals: Squat 500(405 for 3), Deadlift 600(545), Bench 315+ (280ish)

What makes YOU a good choice? I get on AM all the time so I will be available to make more than enough updates. I like to talk about how things are going with my training and everything else involved in my logs such as how I am reacting to the supplements physically and mentally.
