How many pumps is in 1 bottle of sustain alpha? Would i need another if i were to take it during cycle also?

The OPTIONAL Sustain Alpha applications are done to help keep libido elevated during cycle and to make recovery easier during PCT. Purchase of a separate bottle of Sustain Alpha is required to follow this optional approach. (Sustain must still be used for PCT)

4 pumps/day = 27 applications - bottle

5 pumps/day = 23 applications - bottle

We recommend a 3 days on/ 3 days off protocol if you decided to utilize this while on-cycle. I would use 5 pumps with each application during that protocol. You will need another bottle if you choose to use sustain alpha during on-cycle and pct.
