I've been training about 4-5 years now seriously. I'm using a 5 day body part split. Alternate between high and low reps sets weekly.
Cardio Schedule/Protocol :
I do some form of cardio after each workout session for about 15 minutes or so.
Current Daily water intake:
Goals: Right now i'm just trying to execute a lean bulk.
Supplement history (as much detail as possible):
To list everything i've tried will be rediculous. I've tried my share of supplements.
