I'm the biggest I've ever been. I'm the strongest I've ever been, and starting January I'm recomping with the determination to get the leanest I've ever been. Carbs will be drastically reduced, calories decreased periodically but slowly and every measure made to retain muscle.
I am performing two-a-days, which will continue through that time and which I would incorporate into my log. You guys are familiar with the detail of the logs I keep, but here is my current log for another example:

I'd like to run M-Stak for it's nutrient repartitioning and strength enhancing aspects - I'm very carb sensitive and also have a tendency to lose strength, endurance and performance when on a low-carb diet.
If that's what you're looking for in a log, then I'm the guy.

I deserve some M-Stak. I've already taken one cycle of it and I've read that the second cycle is when you really see results. I weighed in at 127lbs at the start of the first cycle and now I'm about 130lbs. My training for the last cycle and if I get this one includes heavier weights and low reps including a day of what I call "big man" lifts including squats, deadlifts, bench, and shoulder presses. I don't concentrate on one body part that day rather just pushing myself because my weekly lifting requirements have been filled for that respective week. I also need something to stack with the rest of my Shock Therapy that I purchased towards the end of the last M-stak. As you can see I'm sold on the Universal/Animal brand name.

OK, I never taken M-Stack. I love Animal/Universal stuff though. I would use it while i cut don for my show if i get it by the 1st of jan. - feb 1st. I would basically be on a moderatly low cal diet. cardio would be up. Reps would be 10-15 range and short rest between sets with moderate weight intensity. If i do get this it will not be the only supp ill be on though so i think this is what would limit me being and option.

Hey Guys ,
Currently running Animal Pak, Pump and Stak and then going to Pak, Pump and M-Stak after 1 week off. Have used the later stack once before and have seen some good results so far. Planning to run this for multiple times to see what I can accomplish. Not to many supp's out there that can really benefit the over 50 crowd.

welp, worth a shot. I have tried Pump in the past and been nothing but happy with it. M-Stack would definatly give me the energy I need while I am on this CKD diet.
I would keep a very detailed log, as I am basically on this site at least 9 hours a day while I'm at work . I would follow the 4 a day routine with 1 day of complete depletion workout . Leme log this ish and ill go hardcore balls to the wall in the gym and make sure everyone knows how good it is
Im very dedicated to everything I do and I get overly obsessed and involved in everything as well

i have only tried universals shock therapy which i am extremely satisfied with. i wrote more extensively of why in one of your other promos.
But as far as animal goes, i feel like im at the tip of the iceburg. it seems you guys offer so many more products that provide very good results and m-stak is one of them i am interested in.
i am currently 6'1" 195 and play d3 baseball and i pitch. i want to be the best, i hope to increase my fastball velocity to low-mid 90's and hit above .400 for my batting average.
For the last 4 months i have gained 10 pounds, working out very hard and plan on gaining atleast another 5-10 and continue to increase my strenth the most i can in the next 2 months. I have been lifting for 5 years.
I eat as clean as possible and take in about 4600 calories/300 grams of protein/500g carbs/150g of fat and drink 200+ ounces of water daily. i might adjust my calorie intake if necessary
i have been lifting extremely hard and getting my ass kicked. I do explosive compound work 3 times a week at 83-92% of my 1RM, and intense sprint work along with other supplemental exercises 2 times a week. i throw and hit 3-4 times a week and throw a bull pen 2x a week
i also believe logging this product will motivate me to work out even harder and stay on track of my goals and hopefully break them. I feel with Animal m-stak, it will give me the extra edge and help aid my regimine.
so as you can see i have the hard work, determination, drive and goals i want to achieve and break, and you can definetly expect more than a great log.

a free can of M-Stak would be sweet. i have tried m-stak before and had great results (budget it tight right now so no m-stak now). my strength went up drastically and i went up a couple of pounds. i didn't change my diet much to see how well it would work and it worked great. ive always wanted to be the biggest and the best i can be without drugs and now that its winter and bulking season m-stak would do wonders for me since im eating a lot more now than i was a couple of months ago. put on 3lbs in nov. and my strength has gone way up and if i had m-stak in my arsenal i know i would be getting bigger by the day. i currently take pak and storm and WMS and tons of food as that is all i can afford now. im actually trying to save up for a can of m-stak and when i saw this promo i immediately posted. ive always wanted to run a log and this would give me the perfect opportunity to run one. as far as training goes i love doin dead and squats especially 20 rep squats. they hurt like hell but i love em. i like to do squats and dead powerlifting style (2-6 reps), and most of the other lifts 6-12 reps as heavy as possible. i love training and eating and thats all i can ever think about is lifting big weights and is it time to eat again. i would love to see what m-stak could do for me this time around, now that im eating more and more disciplined with my diet and training.
