    Current supplements (exact brand/product name): Incarnate by palo alto labs and agmatine powders by nutraplanet

    Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):My diet consist of quinoa oats, kashi and ezekiel cereal, organic skim milk, sprouted grain low sodium bread(ezekiel), quinoa pasta, naturally more peanut butter, almond butter, cashew butter, superfood jelly aka acai berry jellly crofters brand, black japanese rice, lentils, organic black beans, organic kidney and pinto beans, plenty of fruits, spinach, broccoli, cauliflour, other greens, skinless chicken breast, lamb, tilapia, pink alaskan salmon, omega 3's such as flax, krill, salmon, also extra strength omega-3 from GNC, alpha lipoic acid as anti-oxiant, plenty of water throughout the day

    Current Daily water intake:1-1.5gallon of water a day

    Short Term Goal:Break homerun record at school

    Long Term Goal:Play MLB ball and well-known personal trainer

    ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs: NO DRUGS, all natural remedies

    What do you want to log and why?:I want to log anabolic edge because it is my favorite energy supplement that I have tried so far. Love to help people in anyway, that's why I am a nutritionist and future personal trainer.

    Exactly, i dont get that either, if they are confident enough in the products to ask for loggers, its gotta be good, and leviathan was awesome...come on apps!!!

  7. Leviathan Reloaded kicked my ass! I loved that stuff. I've never gotten to try Incarnate or Reset AD though.

Got into bodybuilding 3 years ago. I was always the little kid, very weak. But after my jr in high school all of that changed.

    Right just 3x a week full body.

    Mon/Wed/Friday-

    Chest- Bench Press
    Back- Wide Deads
    Shoulders- Milt Press
    Biceps- Curls
    Triceps- Dips or close grip bench
    Legs- Calf Raises and squats

    3-4 sets with 5-6 reps

    Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):

    No cardio right now

    AEN- Intrabolic
    AEN- Intracell

    Finishing up school right now so I live off of eggs, chicken, oatmeal, rice and those blue bird veggies bags. Not sure what it equals out to as I only keep up with protien right now. I try and get 215g of protein.

    Current Daily water intake: 2 gallons? Maybe more lol.

    Short Term Goal: Increase strength and LBM with as little body fat as possible. Add another 10 lbs.

    Long Term Goal: Same as above but I want to reach the 240lb mark lean.

    I'm all for picking somebody that hasn't run a sponsored log before, as long as they're run a detailed unsponsored log with pictures that shows their commitment to prevent fraud/unfilfilled logs.
