    I started lifting about a year and a half ago in the Summer before my senior year in high-school. Started off slow, then took off to 4-5 days a week. Got a few other friends into it, and everything became more consistent as I went with friends. Now I'm in my freshman year in College at a University away from home, loving every second of it. Training for me has been all about discipline, and makes everything else in my life so much easier to handle and focus on. As a kid I was always the chubby one, never had a girlfriend until my sophomore year of high-school, where I finally thinned out from skateboarding every day. I started drinking only water my freshman year of high-school also, which definitely contributed. I was never really crazy about my nutrition until I started lifting, and now I'll never go back. For me it's not one of those trends that I'm following, it's just a better way of living my life. I've got a lot of hobbies, from skateboarding, to parkour(free running), wakeboarding, cars, bikes, new technology(mobile phones, etc), some MMA, and anything new to try.

    Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): Monday-Shoulders,
    Tuesday-bis and tris, and forearms
    Wensday-Legs
    Thursday-Back
    Friday-Chest

    Each workout is high weight usually with a 12-10-8 or 15-12-10-8 sets for each workout, each with 4 second negatives, resting between 30-1:30 between sets. I also stretch down after each session, with static stretches.

    Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): Only in the morning after a cup of coffee, usually 4-5 days a week. I stretch and go for a jog around campus, maybe with some HIIT thrown in. Only around 30-40 minutes.

    Current supplements (exact brand/product name): GNC Men's Sport Multivitamin, GNC Triple strength Fish Oil, ON Extreme Milk Chocolate Whey, GNC powdered Glutamine, and GNC Arginine, 1000mg. Hah I know a lot of GNC, but it's so close and I buy most of my stuff last minute.

    Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):
    8:30- Wake up, drink a cup of black coffee, 30-40 minutes cardio

    9:15- Make breakfast: Varies, but usually 500 calories, something like 1 cup oatmeal w/ cinnamon, 1/2 cup natural yogurt with strawberries, 3-4 eggwhites, and a few nuts or pb on a piece of whole wheat toast.
    Also taken w/ a multivitamin, 1.5g fish oil, and 1g arginine.

    12-12:30- Varies, usually 300-350 calories, w/ 30 grams from a lean protein source. Sometimes half of a turkey sandwhich on whole wheat.

    3-3:30- Varies(everything varies since I'm in college it's hard to make a set amount of food everyday) usually 300-350 calories, sometimes 1/2 cup of brown rice, chicken, or tofu, or turkey, and a salad. Take another gram of arginine.

    4:45-5:15- Workout


    6:15-6:30-Post workout shake: Usually a scoop of On Whey Extreme Milk Chocolate with a cup of milk, and 5g of glutamine, followed by 3 cups of water. Sometimes have a yogurt or a half a banana as well.

    7:30-8:00- I try to get around 300-350 calories here too, with a lean protein source, lots of mixed vegetables, and sometimes starchy
    carbs.

    11:00- another 200-300 Calories, sometimes just protein in milk, or tuna, I just try to get a lot of protein in. I usually limit slow burning carbs to post workout out or after about 5 if not.

    Pre bed- Another 200-300 calories, either canned tuna with low fat mayo, and a bit of natty pb, or maybe cottage cheese(usually not, I only use it because its good before bed, I get sick of the taste) and pb.
    I take another gram of arginine and a lot of water.

    I have a refeed once a week on fridays as well, mostly healthy carbs and not below 1 gram per lb of bodyweight for protein.

    Current Daily water intake: About 2-3 Gallons

    Short Term Goal: Get down to 7% bf within 10 weeks. My main goal right now is strength, agility, and flexibility, while also packing on more lean muscle and losing bf.

    Long Term Goal: Stay lean for life!

    ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs: None

    Supplement history (as much detail as possible): Started a long time ago with Nitrix within my first month of working out, then stopped halfway through to gain as naturally as possible. Just 6 months ago started using Glutamine, and cycling creatine. I take a multivitamin every morning, with fish oil, and arginine(around 3000mg a day.

    Light was right on me and yes im very pale...its gettin cold here in Chicago...
    Posing was quick and the back ones angles are off. not my symmetry.
    An no, i dont sleep without covers and bed spread, theyre in the wash. And yes, i like monster energy drinks, its the sweet nectar of life. Ill miss those the most come time to contest cut.

    Youre def shredded though. I keep an eye and what you do too. Like the Ecdy.

    Once i bring the wheels up, get a tan, drop some BF ill update.

    These log is not thread is not as off the wall as i though. Looks like the 4-6 of us who applied wont have any issues.

Mair. Fast forward to the present 18 years later and dedicated to the studio he is a 3rd degree black belt and will be testing in the near future for his Kyosanim and soon Sa Boo Nim testing with in the next 2-3 years.     I really would like to see anabolic edge as My test levels were in the normal to low levels at 300 and I want to get up to about 600-800 and any thing above what I currently am at would be awesome. I will get blood work done for it too to show before and afters.


    My rotater cuff is all jacked up from a 1 max on my bench.
