Training experience: I started working out in college. I've been in college for about three and one half years now. Was serious since the beginning, but didn't start seeing results until about two years ago (first year, i overtrained/underate hahah). I've used quite a few routines over a couple years with success (push/pull, pyramid reps, various modified westside routines, and my own), EXCEPT while trying to "cut." How to do that completely/correctly STILL eludes me. But anyways, I am currently after some strength coming off of a cut. I didn't lose the last 10 or so lbs. I wanted to, but nonetheless, I did drop a size in pants which is good. I'm now out to gain some strength!!!!!!!!
Current Training Schedule / Protocol: I lift on M/W/F using the "Westside for Skinny Bastards" routine. I'm not a skinny bastard per say, but I could stand to gain more muscle. Heck, we all can

********about two times a week, i go and do some "speed-walking." yes, kind of like the moms do hahahaha. and my warm ups and cool downs are HIIT cardio.
***********change up my exercises every three weeks, but fundamentally, they're very much similar.
That's that!
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): 2x a week "speed walks." and before/after each training session for 10 minutes each i do HIIT cardio (though i do not run 10 miles per hour, so it's not as intense as it could be, but i don't want to overdo it).
Current supplements (exact brand/product name): Creatine monohydrate NP bulk, L-Leucine NP bulk, OneSource Multivitamin, All The Whey Protein Isolate
Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): I am working my way up to "bulking" calories, though they will not be insane (1000+cals over maintenance. save that for a cycle when it won't make you fat). I recently came off a CKD, so I had to make a transition back to carbs, and now i am eating just at maintenance levels. I will next week add in 200 more cals per day, which should put me just above. And then the week after, I will add in another 200. From there, I'll add as I need to (checking my weight/using the mirror). Right now I take in 2700 cals on training days and 2400 on off days.
Here's a typical training day diet for me:
M1: 1 scoop WPI, 2 scoops gatorade, 4tbsp. grits (40 carbs), 1 tbsp. peanut butter.
M2: 8 oz. lean steak, 1/2 cup red beans, 1 cup corn, 2 celery stalks
M3: one can tuna, 3/4 cup white rice, 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 celery
PREWORKOUT: 1 scoop whey isolate, 1 scoop gatorade, 5g creatine/leucine
POSTWORKOUT: 1 scoop whey isolate, 2 scoop gatorade, 5g creatine/leucine
M4: 8 oz chicken breast, 1 baked potato, 1 cup milk, 1 cup corn
M5: 3 egg omelet, 1 oz pepper jack, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 bowl brocolli
M6: 1 tbsp milled flax, 1 cup milk
******off days, i take in less carbs.
Current Daily water intake: about 2 gallons a day. I buy a lot of bottled water. It's a treat for me, as I haven't got a lot of money. But it's a treat I always have now. I got one in my hand all day. I'd say that I drink about 12 of those and about 6 glasses from the tap. I'd put my intake at about 1.5 gallons.
Short Term Goal: gain back 5-10 solid pounds.
Long Term Goal: look as good as I can!
ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs: N/A
Supplement history (as much detail as possible): other than the basics (whey, creatine, bcaa, vits) i'd ran one and a half methyldrol xt cycles about a year and a half ago. I didn't keep my gains, though, as I was naive in thinking I could slide into a cut too soon afterwards.
Other product reviews / logs you have done (with links): I ran a log for Advanced Muscle Science's product called Hypertrop-X. I wasn't as successful as I'd like to have been at that time, though. I was on a cut. And I still couldn't master it.

*******also, i will be taking some samples of Annabolic Innovations' product Essentials. I will get them in a few days, I imagine. I don't know how many, but I don't think that I'll have enough to run for a long time unfortunately. But heck, if I like it, I can buy it someday when they pop it onto the market. It'll only be 38 bucks a month for ALL the fundamentals.
Current / Progress Photos: the picture i just submitted had to be cropped to fit the post. but i'm in no way really proud of the size of my arms. they're not too large. heck, nothing on me is. i will never be happy with my size i speculate. i don't have any pictures really on my computer. this was the only current one i could find, and it was taken because my ladyfriend came in and demanded i take one while "flexing." can you sense my embarassment? haha.
Can you post “before” and “after” photos (yes or no): sure.
