Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! WHY should we choose you ! !):

I am a full time University (college) student in my final year. I have used many supplements in the past few years on and off and used Betas of both Designer Supplements Activate (original version) and Melting Point all those years ago. I've never had everything dialled in properly however till now, in particular my diet.

From the end of october onwards i am starting a logged 12-week bulk including measurements and progress photos. It would be great to add White Flood to the mix.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):

Westside for Skinny Bastards. Due to university timetable and part time work i am strictly limited to a 3 day workout week. Therefore my 'workout week' actually takes 8 days. ie.
Mon- Upper Max Effort,
Tue- Rest,
Wed- Lower Max Effort,
Thurs- Upper Repetitions,
Fri, Sat, Sun- Rest,
Mon- Lower repetitions.

I can only workout Mon, Wed, Thurs so basically the 8 day week repeats one workout later each week. ie. Following the above first week, the second week Upper body Max Effort would take place on wednesday.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): No Cardio

Current supplements (exact brand/product name):

UspLabs Prime
UspLabs Powerfull
MST ZMK
Controlled Labs Green Magnitude

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):

Bulking Diet

Total Calories 3554

Protien 227g 30%
Carbs 407g 55%
Fat 108g 15%

Current Daily water intake: 1 Gallon

Short Term Goal: 12-week Bulk. Not sure of total weight gain but would be very happy to hit 180lbs.

Long Term Goal: lean 168lbs (after cutting from February onwards)

ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs: N/A

Supplement history (as much detail as possible):

As mentioned above, beta of Activate and Melting Point. Used USPLabs powerfull for a long time. Recently let myself 'go' over last 3 years at university and havent worked out properly or used supplements (before this summer) in the same amount of time.

Other product reviews / logs you have done (with links): none

Current / Progress Photos: Available on my profile 'photos' page.

Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! WHY should we choose you ! !): I started training at the age of 15 mainly for baseball and football. In college it was for physical fitness for Air Force ROTC. I took a few years off and started back up in April of this year going all out! I wish I never stopped. I have been making great progress and have set all new personal records in the 6 months I've been back.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): I am currently doing the Westside BB template that Borobulker posted in the PL forum. I've been doing that format for a month now. Prior to that I was doing a 5x5 routine that added a lot of strength and mass. I started an 8 week cut Monday of this week. I am slowly getting down to 200 and around 10% BF.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): I am doing 4 days a week of morning fasted cardio for 40-45 minutes and 1 day of HIIT for 20 minutes.

Current supplements (exact brand/product name): Purple Wraath, Blue Up, Green Mag, Orange Triad, Nutraplanet Omega 3, and All The Whey protein.

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): I am currently consuming ~3000 calories a day and carb cycling. I'm using Fitday.com to track all meals. Protein is ~320g, Fats ~130g, Carbs ~130. On No Carb days carbs are only from veggies and any little amount in the protein powder and nuts.

Current Daily water intake:1-1.5 gallons

Short Term Goal: 200 lbs 10% BF

Long Term Goal: 210 Just under 10% BF

ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs: None

Supplement history (as much detail as possible):I have tried Anabolic Pump, Powerfull, all types of creatine, back in my early to mid 20s I ran a few PH/PS cycles (Wish I would have waited on those).

Other product reviews / logs you have done (with links):None

Heeeesus Xhrist !!! Tablets ? NO MORE TUMMY PAIN/DISCOMFORT !!!

RenegadeRows; would you consider my app, being that I'm in an Epi run at the moment ? I stopped my SuperPump250 log about five days ago . . going with no pre-workouts at the moment. I'd be able to do a side-by-side comparison if needed/wanted, and an unbiased review. Let me know if it's possible !

Name: Eric Lain

Age: 24

Sex: Male

Height: 5'10"

Weight: 196 lbs

Bodytype: Meso/Endo

Training experience: I started working out in college. I've been in college for about three and one half years now. Was serious since the beginning, but didn't start seeing results until about two years ago (first year, i overtrained/underate hahah). I've used quite a few routines over a couple years with success (push/pull, pyramid reps, various modified westside routines, and my own), EXCEPT while trying to "cut." How to do that completely/correctly STILL eludes me. But anyways, I am currently after some strength coming off of a cut. I didn't lose the last 10 or so lbs. I wanted to, but nonetheless, I did drop a size in pants which is good. I'm now out to gain some strength!!!!!!!!

Current Training Schedule / Protocol: I lift on M/W/F using the "Westside for Skinny Bastards" routine. I'm not a skinny bastard per say, but I could stand to gain more muscle. Heck, we all can:) Here's what I do:

MONDAY- UPPER MAX
*warm up ten minutes
*board press 4x10,8,6,5
*db press 3x10,8,6
*Cable Bar Rows 3x15,15, 12
*Face Pulls 4x15,15,12,12
*Abdominal Circuit
*Cool down ten minutes

WEDNESDAY- LOWER MAX
*warm up
*Rack Deads 4x10,8,6,3
*Squat 4x15,12,10,8
*Ham curls 3x10,8,6
*Walking Weight Lunge 1x40
*Forearm training 3x20 each:
-plate pinchers
-out in front wrist curl ups
-wrist curls inward
*cool down

FRIDAY- REPS UPPER
*warm up
*DB bench for max reps currently with 75's (yesterday did 17, 13, 10)
*Lat Pulldowns 4x12,12,10,8
*DB Shoulder Press 3x12
*Hammer Curl Preacher 3x8
*Rope Tri Extension 4x12,12,10,10
*Abdominal Circuit
*cool down

********about two times a week, i go and do some "speed-walking." yes, kind of like the moms do hahahaha. and my warm ups and cool downs are HIIT cardio.
***********change up my exercises every three weeks, but fundamentally, they're very much similar.

That's that!

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): 2x a week "speed walks." and before/after each training session for 10 minutes each i do HIIT cardio (though i do not run 10 miles per hour, so it's not as intense as it could be, but i don't want to overdo it).

Current supplements (exact brand/product name): Creatine monohydrate NP bulk, L-Leucine NP bulk, OneSource Multivitamin, All The Whey Protein Isolate

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): I am working my way up to "bulking" calories, though they will not be insane (1000+cals over maintenance. save that for a cycle when it won't make you fat). I recently came off a CKD, so I had to make a transition back to carbs, and now i am eating just at maintenance levels. I will next week add in 200 more cals per day, which should put me just above. And then the week after, I will add in another 200. From there, I'll add as I need to (checking my weight/using the mirror). Right now I take in 2700 cals on training days and 2400 on off days.

Here's a typical training day diet for me:
M1: 1 scoop WPI, 2 scoops gatorade, 4tbsp. grits (40 carbs), 1 tbsp. peanut butter.
M2: 8 oz. lean steak, 1/2 cup red beans, 1 cup corn, 2 celery stalks
M3: one can tuna, 3/4 cup white rice, 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 celery
PREWORKOUT: 1 scoop whey isolate, 1 scoop gatorade, 5g creatine/leucine
POSTWORKOUT: 1 scoop whey isolate, 2 scoop gatorade, 5g creatine/leucine
M4: 8 oz chicken breast, 1 baked potato, 1 cup milk, 1 cup corn
M5: 3 egg omelet, 1 oz pepper jack, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 bowl brocolli
M6: 1 tbsp milled flax, 1 cup milk

******off days, i take in less carbs.

Current Daily water intake: about 2 gallons a day. I buy a lot of bottled water. It's a treat for me, as I haven't got a lot of money. But it's a treat I always have now. I got one in my hand all day. I'd say that I drink about 12 of those and about 6 glasses from the tap. I'd put my intake at about 1.5 gallons.

Short Term Goal: gain back 5-10 solid pounds.

Long Term Goal: look as good as I can!

ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs: N/A

Supplement history (as much detail as possible): other than the basics (whey, creatine, bcaa, vits) i'd ran one and a half methyldrol xt cycles about a year and a half ago. I didn't keep my gains, though, as I was naive in thinking I could slide into a cut too soon afterwards.

Other product reviews / logs you have done (with links): I ran a log for Advanced Muscle Science's product called Hypertrop-X. I wasn't as successful as I'd like to have been at that time, though. I was on a cut. And I still couldn't master it.
http://anabolicminds.com/forum/supplement-reviews-logs/94770-hypertrop-x-p90x.html
*******also, i will be taking some samples of Annabolic Innovations' product Essentials. I will get them in a few days, I imagine. I don't know how many, but I don't think that I'll have enough to run for a long time unfortunately. But heck, if I like it, I can buy it someday when they pop it onto the market. It'll only be 38 bucks a month for ALL the fundamentals.

Current / Progress Photos: the picture i just submitted had to be cropped to fit the post. but i'm in no way really proud of the size of my arms. they're not too large. heck, nothing on me is. i will never be happy with my size i speculate. i don't have any pictures really on my computer. this was the only current one i could find, and it was taken because my ladyfriend came in and demanded i take one while "flexing." can you sense my embarassment? haha.

Can you post “before” and “after” photos (yes or no): sure.

Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! WHY should we choose you ! !): I have 10 years of bodybuilding experience, and 8-9 years of supplementation experience. I have a rational and reasonable expectation of the kind of results supplements may produce. I know my body and its relation to performance very well and take into consideration the mediating variables of daily life that may effect my workouts, and can filter them apart from being a reflection of a productʼs effects (that day). Iʼm a Kinesiology major and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, therefore, I am well versed in body physiology and will be able to note physical, neural changes intricately and accurately.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):
My workouts are primarily adjusted to maximizing hypertrophy, as I am first and foremost a bodybuilder. However, due to the fact that I am a performance coach, I must keep up on my Olympic Lifts and other core strength exercises, therefore, on occasion I'll have a power lifting session, but as I previously stated, 90% of my workouts surround optimizing hypertrophy.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):
Speed & Agility and Plyometric exercises, using HIIT principles.

S&Q/Plyo HIIT

Cause there are plenty of retards that complain about the taste rather than just shut up and enjoy the results.

Because you can't always bring out your bucket and prepare a shake at work, for those of us who go directly to the gym from work. Pills in every way of any supplement is ridiculously more convenient then powder for me, on top of that, no cleaning required. It makes sense to me.

P.S. I'm not nut-hugging CL, I had to stop taking creatine because of this issue, until "effective" pill forms started coming out.

Yah, I dunno. I just found that a lemonade pre workout is just so nice. I get 2 buckets, one home, one at work.

Of all the pre wo. This is by far the best. (except eph. caf. ) I also gave it to my friends, and this thng really is the bomb.. I ain't taking the risk lol.

Agreed it tastes amazing!!!

The pills will be more convenient, and you'll be able to taper up and down your dosage to the exact amount for a great workout (for those sensitive to stims.) But the main thing is convenience, and sometimes people get tired of drinking a ton of different products...which is why we make the products able to mix with eachother too.

I've been wanting to compare this to RPM. I've heard that this would be a better supplement for bulking, and that's what I'm doing!

I'm definitely psyched to see your reactions to this. If WF treats you as well as it's been treating me... :D

The GABA makes a big difference IMO.

I've read the fact and it said that white flood should be used WITH a creatine product.

All of my other logs, I ran the supplement stand alone. Would you rather me stack this with a creatine product? Would it be okay to stack it with a creatine product? Also, what effects do you REALLY want us to focus on?

Great applications so far guys.

99% sure we'll have some free samples in the coming weeks.

Which is good because alot of you wanted to try WF and we did not have samples of the powder.
i have grown to like the taste of white flood, i drink it mixed with pw every night at work. i am not interested in doing a log, but when samples are available i would like to try them just for comparison. btw i am on day 10 of blue gene, controlled labs has another winner.

Bodytype:Ectomorph

Training experience: I have been training for a couple of years now for (way down the road) becoming a bodybuilder. I go to Wilson Technological Center for Certified Personal Training and go to a gym 5x a week. I have experimented with many nitric oxide supplements and also the original White Flood. I have a passion of working out and would love to be able to recommend a new and improved White Flood to all of my buds.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol: I am on a mass building cycle so am pushing it hard in the gym. Heres what it looks like:
Monday- Chest/Light Bis
Tuesday- Back/Light Tris
Wednesday- Legs
Thursday- Shoulders/ Traps
Friday- Arms
Each day includes a gripping session too.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol: I am on track so it is important for me to stay in sprinting shape. Usually 2x a week i will go up to a track and do a sprint training session that would be a few 250M sprints and move down to some 100M sprints.

Current supplements: Currently I am taking Universal Animal Pak, Universal Animal Flex, BSN Syntha 6 and ON Whey. (The staple supplements to any stack)

Current Diet and macros: During bulking I have roughly 3500Cal/day, taking in high carbs in the morning along with a protein shake. Pre-workout i have a gatorade or something similar. Post Workout i consume another protein shake and a high protein meal (usually chicken or steak) with a high glycemic index food. For lunch i take in a bagel and a protein bar. About 3 hours after lunch i usually have a different type of shake and some fruit. For dinner it is whatever is homecooked! And of course, before bed, is Syntha 6.

Current Daily water intake: A gallon.

Short Term Goal: To gain up to 175lbs.

Long Term Goal: To compete in an open competition and be proud of my placement.

ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs: None, not even NSAIDS due to the fact they decrease muscle building ability.

Supplement history: I can't remember the whole list but here it goes. Animal Pak, Animal Flex, NO Shotgun, White Flood, Whey, Nano Vapor, Animal M-stak, Muscle Milk, Problend 55, Animal Test, Novedex XT, Glutamine, Pure Creatine Monohydrate, Isopure protein, Melatonin, L-Carnitine. I'm sure there are others.

Current / Progress Photos: None
