I do 2 sets heavy 6-8 reps on every movement and then follow it up with 2 sets of 12-15 reps for a total of 4 sets per movement. Next month I will bump it up to sets of 20 reps to start getting cut for the summer as well as keep my strength.
I work out 4-5 days a week. Very dedicated and love the gym.
