7-OH and 5-AT are just abbreviations for what is in our product. They are definitely proven ingredients and one of those things that there is no point in changing. 11-oxo is fine too but really it comes down to the fact that there is only one ingredient and I don't feel it is stronger than stacking the previous two. That is my honest opinion.
6-oxo is an anti aromatase compound that reduces estrogens by preventing the conversion of testosterone to estrogens. It isn't an "anti-cortisol". The other compounds act directly by decreasing cortisol production.
