I have been looking over pct alot and still don't have a clear idea. I am pretty sure I will be using tamox and I do not know what else. Tamox is a serm correct? And do I need an AI? Don't know what a good one is. I am very concerned about returning my natural test levels, If you could recomend anything with the tamox would be great.
Well, along with the (serm)novladex, if you even need it(Im not getting into that) you would probably run some kind of test booster, something to control cortisol, maybe a good creatine product and as far as the ai, you can, but thats an argument I dont want to have either.(some people hate ai)
If you were gonna run novla: 40/40/20/20 or even 20/20/20/20, you could get yourself any of a hundred products out there to go along with it, maybe some DAA, like Adamantium, maybe some X-lean, Supress-C or Erase, you could run Inhibit-E, you could try something like Activate Xtreme, maybe some 6oxo, some high does DHEA, theres literally hundreds of variables and options, cost can become a factor, availability, convenience, dosing, etc.
You could run an ai inverse to your serm if you want:
Nolva 40/30/20/10, then Inhibit-E 25/50/75/75, plus a test booster.
Or someone who knows how they tolerate things might run something like:
Nolv 20/20/20/20
Titanium 4-6/day weeks 1-4
Erase 2-3/day weeks 1-4
I cant just say, ok this is the way to do it, because like I said already, there may be 100 different correct ways to do it, or ways that worked better for some people than for others. I love the titanium and erase combo, some people worry about crashing e levels, so you have to be careful with those two for pct with serms. Some people prefer things like Triazole, which is also good, but others feel anything otc isnt going to be enough, and you will need something as strong as hcg to get things totally back up to speed. Some people hate nolvadex and will only recommend clomid, Letro, Torem, Aromasin and Arimidex or the tell you your gonna be in trouble if you dont use them. Of course it does depend on how hard the compound, how long, how suppressive, etc. Im just tryin to give you an idea on how opinions will vary. Epi is great, but imo, one of the more mild things out and around today, so you should be fine with something simple, you've got your serm on hand, and if you went with something like erase and titanuim, Im sure you would be pleased.
