IME, pulsing is the way to go, keep calories high during PCT and keep the weight poundages the same as they were when you peaked during cycle, but decrease your reps by half and keep lifting for at least 2 weeks after cycle, take a brief 7-10 day break from weights. When you re-start use light poundages 2-3 sets, 10-12 reps, graudually increase poundages, slightly, no more than 5 lbs, every week. Following this step,load, de-load, periodization will help maintain your gains. JMO and not advice, although I know it works for me. I wouldnt depend on androgens. Consistent training, diet and modifications of weight/sets/reps are more important than what the latest designer is.
