Sounds like your good to go. Load up on FOOD! I always get on some creatine mono right after the cycle is over.
my EPI cycle, I've been taking 1000mg of fish oil 3x a day, and "concentrated" 1000mg of milk thistle 4x a day for the last week, and plan on doing so for another week, maybe more, depending on work and such....I also take a multi-vit everyday, but have been for a few years....
Anyway, is there anything else anyone can recommend to
''load up" on before I start EPI?
