question 13: my thoughts on volum training are that it is good,but cylic approches to training seem to work best.also too many studies to count test 1 vs.3 sets for muscle gains,and the results show BOTH work.probably though different pathways.

question 14:short,probably 30 sec. to 1 min.
question 15: i do drop sets sometimes,but it not something i use everyday.
question 16: i do pri,but not really because i like pri,just to warm up the muscle and get in the gruve.

Part of periodization or any program for that matter is deconditioning. IOW taking time off and/or reducing the work significantly.

This helps prevent adaptation, reduces CNS burnout, aides recovery and really just gives you a chance to do something different with your time and effort.

Personally I find it tremendously helpful. My body adapts very quickly. Sometimes I over tax my CNS with too much in an attempt to compensate. The very best thing that I have found that works for me is time off. I find that more rest provides much greater results than more work.

hi,sorry about no updates.

finshed my cut cycle and started slow bulk.i feel like this thead seem to have very little inteste and i seem to be posting 3-4 messages for everone eles one.this sadden me and i feel this is not exactly my orginal vision.

.... so you've already taken all your calculus's and basically finished your high school curriculum along with some gen chem's from college and ready to do organic... interesting... how exactly isn't school for you and your about to do organic chem before your 19... (how old are you anyways)
