Goals: Looking to gain lean body mass with minimal fat gain. I'm a vegetarian and that's a non-negotiable aspect of my diet.

Slim Fast Low-Carb Shake
1 Cup Oatmeal
1/4 Cup Raisins
Protein Bar

Total: 644 Cal's, 77 carbs, 47 protein, 9 fat

Meal 2:

1 Cup Egg Whites
4 Slices Tofu Cheese
1 Large Apple
2 TBSPS Natty PB

Total: 630 Calories, 47 carbs, 71 protein, 25 fat

Meal 3:

Low Carb tortilla
4 Slices Deli Tofu
1 Tbsp Reduced Fat Mayo
1 Cup Salad
2 tbsp ranch dressing

Total: Calories 217, 23 carbs, 21 protein, 5 fat

Meal 4:

2 Scoops ON Whey

Total: Calories 240, 8 carbs, 48 protein, 0 fat

Meal 5:

1 Cup Cooked Brown Rice
1 Cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese
2 Boca Burgers
2 Skim Milk Cheese Sticks

maybe -1 low carb tortilla and ketchup at meal 7 and throw the tofu chicken on another bed of salad?


Whats a veggie I can cook a lot of in advance that will keep for the whole week?
