so to give you an idea, i'm 5"4 weighing 138 lbs. Over the last 2-3 months i have been consistently eating at least 5 HEALTHY meals a day. After 2 cycles of creatine I gained approx 25 lbs. Being an ectomorphic i've had very good ab definition. But recently i've noticed a "gut" forming.. Its not really a fat kind of gut (if u kno what i mean) but as if i always look bloated. So heres the question.. Whats the best way to regain my ab definition but still gain mass? Is it really necessary for an ecto like me to lower my caloric intake? I dont really think the ab exercises have been doing too much for me lol and plus i have a very tight schedule and every workout is filled with exercises i must do. I basically wanna regain my ab definition but still consistently gain mass. Is that too much to ask for? haha thnx
