| Registered User | Blood Type diet? I had an issue with bloating and I cam across blood type diets. I have tried to follow what they have suggested that I should eat based on my blood type and I have had less bloating. Would this also be one of the better ways of gaining weight the most effective way? I am a Type O, which basically means having breads is out of the question. Anyone else ever try this? |

I would say the loss of bread from your diet has more to do with your physical changes than your blood type. The blood type diet is like phrenology, it's possible, but not likely. | |
