hey guys, i'm new to this site and fairly new to weight training also. i'm trying to bulk up during summer for soccer in the fall, and i keep reading that 3 days of weights is better than 4 or 5 and that the rest in between is important. i definitely understand that, but was wondering if that depended on if you're doing a full body workout each time you lift. if i have been doing legs 2 days a week (Tues. and Fri) and upper body 3 days a week (Mon, Wed, and Sat) would it be ok (or even better) to be doing 5 days a week?
