Okay so heres the deal. I fluctuate between 130-145lbs, I'm 5"9, and I would like to get into great shape, but not be a ripped 130lber.. I'd prefer to have a little weight, around 145lb's or so. I am going to be a Junior in high school and I'm 16 years old. I've swam both years of high school so far, and I've gotten in pretty good shape from it, but swimming is a drag, I would really like to wrestle. I do traditional Ju-Jitsu/Judo and am going to begin kickboxing soon. I'm not a very bulky person, but not anorexic... It'd probably seem most realistic if I were a bantamweight, but honestly I wouldn't know, I'm asking for the advice haha. Any advice (workout regime / what to eat) would be greatly appreciated, an entire schedule would be absolutely awesome. But yeah, thanks for any help...
