I am 6'0 180 and play football i have one month to get up to 190-195. I am starting Glakik, Torrent, Serious Mass Vanilla, and ester sized creatine hemodraulix may come later. You think this will work (any adjustments?)
Well you are not going to gain 10-15 lbs of muscle in that time. 1-3 depending on your training experience (with the lower end being the more anticipated gain).
You mention supplements, but what about your diet? That is what is going to determine your success, not those supplements.

In a month with a perfect diet/training/supps beeing a newb I think 5lbs is the max you could gain in a month.
Diet and training need to be intouch first before you should even think about supps. Serious Mass will help add cals. Torrent is a good product. Gacik is nothing special. Skip the CEE and grab some Creatine monohydrate
