Finishing GVT with great results...Workout suggestions appreciated!

I've just finished my first cycle of German Volume Training and gained almost 20 pounds off it (this week will be my 8th week). I'm trying to bulk to 220. Any suggestions for a good bulking program knowing that I've just finished a high volume program?

Have you looked into the 20 Rep Squat Routine?It is graet for bulking.I too have just finished GVT and started The Texas Method Srength Training Routine today.Also take a look at post #7 by dawaro at Invalid Link Removed
