i have a problem, lately while lifting i get this feeling like something just exploded in the back of my head. i did my research i came down to it being exursion headaches, now i was wondering
how long you think i should give it a break?
cardio yes or no? Do you get the headaches when you run?
diet (considering im trying to gain like 15 pounds)? Do you wanna gain Lean muscle or a combo of fat and muscle
get off cm? Is it hampering your performance or causing bloat?
