| Registered User | need some pro help i have a problem, lately while lifting i get this feeling like something just exploded in the back of my head. i did my research i came down to it being exursion headaches, now i was wondering how long you think i should give it a break? cardio yes or no? diet (considering im trying to gain like 15 pounds)? get off cm? |
