| Registered User | ^ +make sure the protein is from different sources (soy, whey, casein, eggwhite etc.), and ideally, you want to ingest the overall protein intake in 6 different meals, but that's difficult for a lot of people. Blood, sweat, tears, yeah We dripped all three just to get here. |

| Registered User | Depends who you talk to. Iron Addict says you have to eat 1.5g for gains. Layne Norton says 1g is all you need, so does Sporto.. the guy on the cover of Lyle McDonald's new book.. Alan Aragon recommends 1 to 1.3 grams per pound of target weight. I am doing 260 grams and I am 180 lbs.. |

| Registered User | I say it depends on body type. Guys with faster metabolism, Ectos can get away with eating more protein than Endos who put on fat easier and should be more careful of overeating. Ive heard everything from 1G of protein per kg of body mass to1 -2G per lean mass. As long as I get in around 30G of protein per meal, and dont notice bodyfat going up,Im pretty happy. |
