What to do?

Hey all, im just about to leave the army as i was severly injured. To cut it short i had a huge hole in my chest/side and as a result ive lost most of oe of my pec muscles. Before this happened id been training for around 2 years and was around 190 pounds at 6 2 with around 10 percent b/f. Ovbiously now training is really hard for me as i cant do some exercises and if i try and bench my arms compensate for my chest so i cant really go too heavy until my arms are bigger. I lost alot of weight due to this and am now around170 with 13 percent b/f. I want to add 5 pounds of muscle in 8 weeks, optimistic but its like im starting over as ive not trained for ages. Ive thought of this like superdrol etc but would rather try and do this naturally a im still young. Any tips or advice for me would be much appreciated. Adam

hey dude that sucks but maybe u should try hyper gain it it a creatine pill or maybe intrabolic
