Lift 6 days a week

    Is there anyway to make this beneficial to you?


  2. If split up properly it could be done.
    For example:
    Chest
    Bi's
    Shoulders
    Back
    Tri's
    Legs
    •   
       


  3. High frequency training, for a short period of time no more than 3 to four weeks, followed by a week of rest
    Volume = low, frequency = high
    Full body workouts, super setted
