    Incline BB

    5x5-90%
    5x5-100% ( force reps)

    Decline BB
    5x5-60%
    5x5-70%
    5x5-80%
    5x5-90%
    5x5-100% ( force reps)


    Incline DB
    4x8-85%

    French press/ skull crushers
    4x8-85%

    DB Curl
    4x6-85%

    BB Curl
    4x8-85%


    This has you looking huge by the end of it. its my upper body workout i wrote for myself. but i left out a few excersizes. i promise growth with it. but you will need a spotter. if u dont have a spotter just reduce the %'s. good luck hope this helps!
