| Registered User | Reach your full potential How many feel as if they are at theirs? I think I am about there 509 210lbs and have been training for about 11 years. (30 years old). Some on these boards must be hard workers since they seem to reach theirs in 1-2 years (or so they claim). |

| Registered User | Yeah i started serious last year have made a few gains here and there but if all goes well i look forward to 20-25 years of good gains might be still liftin when im in my 50's even ![]() 6'3, once 240 pounds now am only 190 pounds as i am about to begin my military training here in Australia. After training i will be back into harder than ever =) |
