| Registered User  | anabolic diet and Epistane i just started the anabolic diet. im about 5days in and so far i like it. I've decided to try it for a month to see if i like it and what gains i get. My question is, will an epistane stack well with the anabolic diet or do i need the carbs to pack on some muscle w epi? Right now, im 12-14%bf, im using this diet to cut down to 10%. will the epi help to cut more bf and put on muscle? thanks for any input. |
